Field note · March 2026

We built StrydeOS to fix our own clinic's blind spots first.

West Hampstead, London

Connected PMS
The problem

The clinic had no per-clinician performance visibility. Follow-up rates, HEP assignment, DNA patterns, and utilisation were invisible at the individual level.

The clinic was running on instinct, not data. Management conversations were based on impressions rather than evidence, and underperformance went undetected.

One clinician's follow-up rate was 1.90, well below the clinic target of 2.9. Without per-clinician tracking, a gap that size stayed invisible.
A GAP ONLY BECOMES COACHABLE ONCE IT IS MEASURED
The intervention

StrydeOS Intelligence was deployed to surface clinician-level KPIs from the clinic's existing PMS appointment data. Weekly dashboards tracked follow-up rate, HEP compliance, utilisation, and DNA rate per clinician.

Data was reviewed in weekly team check-ins to support targeted coaching, not blame.

What Intelligence made visible

Gaps that had been invisible became reviewable numbers.

For the first time, each clinician's follow-up rate, HEP compliance, utilisation, and DNA rate were tracked weekly and side by side. No league tables, no blame. Just the operational metrics that move revenue and patient outcomes, in front of the people who can act on them.

Follow-up Rate
Follow-ups booked per initial assessment, per clinician
HEP Compliance
Share of patients given a home exercise programme
DNA Rate
Did-not-attend rate, tracked weekly
Utilisation
Booked slots against available capacity
What changed
Clinician coaching

Weekly data reviews replaced annual subjective appraisals. Specific, evidence-based conversations.

Accountability without blame

Clinicians could see their own metrics and self-correct before management stepped in.

Operational confidence

Clinic owner gained visibility into which clinicians were converting IAs into full courses.
