Appointment data, clinician schedules, and patient contact preferences. Intelligence and Pulse read from your PMS; Ava also writes confirmed bookings back into your diary once a call is handled. Your PMS stays your system of record, and most integrations connect in minutes.

Will this replace my practice management system?

No, by design. StrydeOS sits above your PMS the way an operating system sits above its apps. We connect to Cliniko, WriteUpp and more, and surface the performance signals they cannot. You keep everything you already use.

What's the onboarding process like?

It starts with a free Clinical Performance Audit, a 30-minute call reviewing your follow-up rate, HEP compliance, utilisation and DNA rate against benchmarks using your existing data. If there is a fit, most clinics are live within a day of connecting their PMS.

Is there a contract or lock-in?

No lock-in. Monthly rolling billing, cancel any time. Your data stays yours, and if you leave we remove it.

How is my data protected?

Encrypted in transit and at rest on UK/EU-hosted infrastructure, GDPR-compliant, with a Data Processing Agreement in place before any patient-adjacent data flows through the platform. We do not sell your data.

Yes. Every clinician gets a personal dashboard of their follow-up rate, HEP compliance and feedback scores. It is a mirror to help you improve, not a report card to manage you.

Ava uses natural voice technology and handles greetings, bookings and triage conversationally. The aim is a call that feels like a good receptionist, and we tune it toward that.

What if a patient needs to speak to a real person?

Ava detects when a caller needs human support, whether a clinical query, a distressed caller or a complex request, and routes them to your team. Urgent calls are prioritised for escalation.

Which PMS platforms do you integrate with?

We have live integrations with major UK physio PMS platforms, and for systems without a public API we support secure CSV import with schema detection and duplicate prevention. New integrations are added based on demand.

Each module prices independently, so you only pay for what you use. The Full Stack bundle saves roughly 20% versus buying separately, and volume pricing for clinic groups is available on request.
