By subscribing to or using StrydeOS, you agree to these Terms and to our SaaS Subscription Agreement. The Service is a cloud-based clinical operating system for physiotherapy and allied health practices, provided by StrydeOS Ltd.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice; you may cancel before the new price applies. Failed payments get a 7-day grace period before access may be suspended. Monthly fees are non-refundable; annual subscriptions may be refunded pro-rata within the first 30 days if you are dissatisfied.
You must provide accurate information, keep login details secure, and ensure anyone you authorise to use the Service complies with these terms and the law. Use of the Service must be lawful and for its intended clinical and business purpose. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service.
We process your data in line with UK GDPR and our Data Processing Addendum. You remain the data controller; we act as processor. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we use sub-processors only under contract. On termination you may request an export; we delete your data within 30 days unless we must retain it by law.
Some features use AI (e.g. voice receptionist, triage). AI output is assistive only and does not replace professional judgement. You retain full clinical responsibility for decisions made using the Service.
Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or where English law does not allow exclusion. The agreement runs for your subscription term and renews unless either party gives at least 14 days’ notice. Either party may terminate for material breach if not remedied within 14 days of notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. For questions or to request the full Subscription Agreement or DPA, contact us at the email below.
